These are the MFH Professional US Underpants, Level II, GEN III, in coyote tan. The fabric is 100% polyester at 210 g/m², a fleece with a waffle structure, and the specification describes it as breathable and moisture-regulating. The waistband is elastic, there is a lateral fly, and the seams are sturdy. Sizes run from S through 4XL. That is the whole of what the specification states, and we have not added to it.
The waffle structure and the 210 g/m² fabric weight are the two figures worth comparing against the Level I version, which is the lighter of the two.
The fly is a lateral one, and the waistband is elastic.
