Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted clearance items may not be eligible for return.
How to Return
- Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
